Good breakfast, nice seating in the garden. Bicycles renting for free. The room is small but lots of windows. Rather stay here than stay in Venice.

A perfect place to stay in while you are in Lido di Venezia. Incredible view from the rooftop terrace, nice staff, cozy rooms, beautiful building and garden, good location (close to the Vaporetto station and also to the beach), great service. Highly recommended.

I have been many times to Venice but the first time to Lido and loved it so much, sorry I have not tried before! The hotel has perfect location, it's lighthouse-like with accessible roof where you can look around and delight in Venice panorama. The services perfect, also cleanliness and all that. Interiers are stylish. Grazie mille!

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, easy to reach on foot or by car, close to Lido downtown. The furniture is in traditional Venetian style and it is so welcoming that I could prefer to stay in hotel. Lovely. The rooms are very comfortable and warm. The villa has a beautiful garden and a tower with incredible landscape; on the tower there’s a outodoor lounge with sofa, armchairs and table where you can drink something while watching Venice landscape. The hotel staff is very kind and the boss is incredibly friendly, making you feel at home. It was an unforgettable holiday, we recommend this hotel to anyone, we’ll come back to this hotel soon.

My mum, 2 sisters, 11 year old nephew and me stayed here April 2013. We changed hotels due to the bad reviews of the other hotel. It totally lived up to all reviews on trip advisor. Easy to find, the staff and service were brilliant and so friendly. All the rooms were spotlessly clean and breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Our double room was quite small but fine for the length of time stayed, the triple room was spacious with a table and pull-out bed. The roof-top tower was a great addition with panoramic views over to Venice. It is easy to get to, the vaporettos run regularly and just a couple of minutes walk from the stop. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. You do have to pay for wi-fi, which we didn't bother with, but that seems fairly standard in hotels in this area.
