New hotel in the heart of beautiful Murano. You can spend the evening walking around this piece of art when everyone else is gone - a bliss! Hyatt guaranteed and consistent quality. However, I found that the quality of fixtures was a bit sub-par as well as cleaning (clear moisture stains on the room chairs). Otherwise beautiful hotel and breakfast was also great (24 EUR if not included in your rate) Hotel provided a dental kit upon request.

Amazing location. Customer service is great both online and in person. Nice pick up service from the airport with private water taxi. Breakfast is excellent with fresh Italian products and Prosecco!! We forgot something in our room and they shipped it all the way to Ireland!

Very impressive, Hyatt lives up-to it’s standard! We had a loft type suite with a King bed, sun roof, balcony, sofa etc. Shout out to Stan (bartender) for a great time. The breakfast buffet was so so good. Great staff and the water bus stands are right at their doorstep! They do need to provide robes though, as hotels with a lower star rating do. Murano is quite so was a nice break from the overly crowded San Marco. We felt this hotel was worth every penny spent. Posting a photo taken from the water-bus stand.
