This hotel was incredible! I have come to Mexico various times and have stayed in many hotels as well as many airbnbs, and this one by far outweighs other hotels. I stayed here for a week, so I was really able to experience it. The service, location, cleanliness, and atmosphere are incredible! It is in a very safe zone, and Ubers were always easily accessible. I think the best quality was the breakfast! By far the best breakfast I have ever experienced at any hotel! I will definitely be returning to this hotel everytime I come to Mexico City in the future!

I was really impressed with Graciela. I am a Globalist and stay in Hyatts 100+ nights per year, and she was such an amazing professional and leader. I was surprised when I found out she was not GM. She acts a lot more like an owner versus a manager.

If you're going to the ABC medical facilities, this is a convenient location within walking distance to the hotel.

.. Even though I called in advance to request a room near the elevator (due age limitations conditions) and the Agent (Margarita) had told they would take care of it, and in addition to that at the check in I asked the Agent once again, his answer was "your room is already assigned and has your towels (also requested) in it, so there was not change there... To my surprise the room, not only was anywhere near the elevator, it was the farest from it! Add to this not so good situation, the shower is so old that it hardly poured any water! Very disappointing!
