Just come back from my visit. I booked a triple room as it was the cheapest option I could find relatively "last minute". Alle the personell was incredibly nice and went what I find to be the extra mile to make us feel welcome and valuable, including WhatsApp messages ahead of our arrival to explain in detail how to get to the hotel (which can be not as easy if one is not familiar with the city) and with suggestions on local restaurants and "bacari". Be aware late evening check in may come at extra cost, as well as check-in after 21.00 is not possible. Room was decently sized for a low budget hotel in Venice, however soundproofing let a bit to desire, cleanliness was not spot on (we found hairs in the tea cups in the room), and the small double bed too soft for my taste. Location is great in a quieter area of the city, yet reasonable close to Rialto and S.Marco and to a wide choice of eateries. All in all a honest and well managed 2 star hotel at a competitive price in a nice location

We had a great time here and would highly recommend the hotel. It is close to the main spots and there are good restaurants nearby like the „Osteria da Alberto“ and „A Le Tole“. The room was very clean and hugh, including everything you need also some tea and coffee portions and a kettle. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We hope to come back one day.

We booked directly on the hotel's website for the best price. The location is good, very central to everything though on the edge of a more residential area, so quiet at night. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The shower was good, everything was clean, the bed comfortable and shutters on the windows to keep the room dark so you can sleep in. Plus significantly cheaper than most other places in Venice. I would definitely stay there again if I was back in Venice.
