I am so thankful to the staff who makes us stay for free after we checked out the hotel. I was really sick. and the staff worried and gave us a room when we waited for the flixbus time. I can take a rest well thanks to him. The room was warm and really good

Positive: very pleasant staff. I liked the room. Staff accommodating during business hours Negative: would give 5 stars but unfortunately the walls are paper thin and on our stay we were up until 3am with a loud neighbor otherwise 5 stars

Excellent hotel situated in the perfect location - close enough to the centre of the city but far enough that it is quiet and calm. Although the rooms are a little small, they are comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, telling us what to do in Venice and even offering us our choice of all available rooms for the price of the cheapest one (we took the room with a window over the canal). All in all - a lovely stay, would certainly recommend!
