Loft Rooms Trastevere

The communication upon arrival was not very helpful. The room itself was fine: clean and well laid out but the A/C unit leaked water. We let the owner know and he informed us that he would look after it. The next morning after we left for the day to explore Rome, we came back to find that our curtains had been removed and the unit was still leaking enough that we had to place a small towel under it to avoid waking up to a puddle in the morning. There was a kitchen that was shared by the two rooms in the B&B. The refrigerator contained a large bottle of water for each of the two rooms in the B&B, but unfortunately the people that were occupying the other room took both bottles in the morning. The room is on the third floor 4 flights of stairs (40 stairs total) which is not a big deal unless of course you're carrying some heavy luggage up the stairs. (There is no elevator) There is a running fountain with freshwater outside of the B&B about 100 m down the street which is available 24/7. Popi Popi Restaurant It's across the street from that same fountain and it was a very good dinner that was reasonably priced with good service.
