The girl who was at the customer service desk acted like she hated her life work here. Their breakfast sucks. It’s just grab and go. I was expecting breakfast here as they say they offer it. The pullout couch had no sheets and when I ask for pillows, I was told they were all dirty and they didn’t have any extra clean ones. There are no ice machines. The customer service was bad! I won’t stay here again. Also it’s in a ruff part of town.

This hotel is garbage. Stains all over the place. Bathroom door had fracture like someone kicked it open. Couch looks and feels like it's been there for 30 years. On My last night there a strange intoxicated man came to hotel at 5 am banging on random doors looking for his "baby mama". I watched him go door to door knocking and screaming. I called the front desk and told them and they did nothing about it. He came back to my door knocking and talking loud. I yelled through the door that whoever he is looking for is not in my room and that I called security and he should leave. He did not leave. He continued to demand to see his girlfriend and that he spoke with front desk so they were aware of his presence. But they did nothing to stop him so they condone it. He was clearly intoxicated and belligerent. I went back and forth with him for almost an hour til he eventually calmed down and I actually came out of the room and showed him his girlfriend was not there. He could have been armed and killed me. I in fact was armed and could have just shot him. If not for my military training to deescalate the situation someone could have been hurt or killed. I'm sure the office clerk watched the whole thing on camera and condone it all. I will never stay in or recommended your hotel ever again. I actually want a refund but I'm just glad to have made it out of there alive.

Rooms seriously need to be upgraded and updated for the price. All in All my stay was Pleasant. I had no issues and was very quiet. The only time I felt less than was from office personal in the evening. I really wasn't pleased with was at check-in which I was late for and informed the front office more than once of my late arrival. She needs to be a bit more friendly to customers

Everyone here is so nice! This is our first stay in something like this, so I didn't know what to expect - I was pleasantly surprised. The kitchenette was fine for cooking meals and they provide absolutely everything for your stay. It's not a luxury hotel, but the price is right and the room fills the need. I really like the people here - and that's something important to me. We stayed for about 3 weeks while our motorhome was being repaired.

Tanji at the front desk is awful. Gave my dad and I false information, raised her voice, had an attitude, hung up on me twice, refused to give me her name and when I asked to speak to a manager she hung up. She told us to go back through the 3rd party booking. The 3rd party booking told us to call the hotel for extension. I.E. to call THE FRONT DESK TANJI. She then gave us a reservation number for the hotel who TOLD US TO CALL FRONT DESK FOR EXTENSION TANJI. Customer service rep carol was also awful and refused to give me any manager information as well. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and never had worse service. The room was dirty as well. And there were similar prices in this area with better reviews. I would like a hotel manager to go through my conversation with Tanji on1/28 around 9am because you would probably immediately fire her.
