This is a GREAT place to stay. First of all, the apartment is part of Hotel Central Luzern, it's right across the street. The hotel is great but the apts are fantastic. We got a one bedroom one bath apt. These are newly renovated and so modern and clean but homey and comfortable. The decor is lovely, hardwood floors, new tiled baths with all new fixtures and super clean. It really feels like you are vising a friend's apt. The staff is SO wonderful. So kind, so helpful and accommodating for all of our questions and needs. Location is 100% . One block from train / bus and boats and yet you don't feel like you are in the midst of that chaos --- it's removed from all the traffic to and from the station. TONS of great restaurants and cafes around and walking to ALL of the sights in Luzern and access to anywhere you want to go. I will defintely be back and defintely stay again.

We stayed here for 3 nights . We were 2 adults and 2 kids . Very spacious and Modern apartment. Centrally located . Railway station is just a 2 minute walk . All good restaurants nearby . A very big supermarket in the station . We booked this apartment through Central hotel luzern . The staff was very good and always ready to help .

Apartments, not a hotel, meaning self-catering. There is no parking, we have to rent the parking lot by the hour or by the day. The location is excellent and close to everything. The apartment is clean and has all the equipment, including kitchen utensils, an oven, a water kettle, and a microwave, and the bathroom has hot and cold water. There is no air conditioning, and if I open the window I have to turn off all the lights so that all kinds of insects do not infest the apartment.
