My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we had a great stay! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are new with great air conditioning, comfortable bed and nice pillows. The front desk staff is very knowledge and friendly. They helped us navigate the vaporetto. We also spent a morning at the spa which I would highly recommend! Elisabetta and Maria were fabulous and so kind. We did the couples green tea massage and face mask. Would highly recommend everything :) thank you all for a wonderful stay!!

Overall, I would give this hotel 4 stars, with the only downside being the room. We were told that we had a free room upgrade, but it felt like we got the room that had not been properly maintained. Two lightbulbs were on their way out, the shower was not draining properly, and the air conditioning was not working (we later found out that this was due to a new ruling from the Italian government, but this was not explained to us). On the positive side, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast had barista-made coffee, which had to be requested. The rooms were also modern and clean, with rainfall showers. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. We also appreciated the shuttle to Venice for €8 per person per way. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the island, but it is only a 5-10 minute walk from the action. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but I would suggest that you ask for a room that has been properly maintained

Great location directly across from the glass museum. A quieter island than Venice it was a great place to relax for a couple days. The beds/rooms are super comfy and the staff was all super friendly! They have a restaurant and bar which we didn't get a chance to try. We did the summer special massage with Maria and she was amazing. Even though we were running late she was able to accommodate us and help us relax. We love you Maria ❤️

Our stay at the NH Collection Murano Villa was so lovely, the room was amazing and the hotel grounds was so beautiful we was so pleased we decided to stay here. Getting to and from Venice was so easy with the private shuttle provided by the hotel. All the staff was so kind but we want to especially say thank you to Matteo who was so helpful and kind to us, he went above and beyond to help us with recommendations for restaurants and places to go and was so helpful with the shuttle coming back from Venice. 100% would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Murano / Venice! Thank you for our stay! :)
