To be fair you get what you pay for. Next time I’ll pay more for a bigger room with a view. The standard room I paid for was bleak. The breakfast is very basic Indonesia fare. The staff were great and the young lady at the front desk who served me was an absolute delight. It’s not on the tourist “beat” either but Grab or Gojek is the answer. Overall I got what I paid for do I’m happy enough.

We took standard room and it was so small. Cramped for two people. The bathroom and the room was not clean at all. I was so uncomfortable my entire trip. They have breakfast but not to have high expectations. The towel and bedsheets had stains and was yellowish. Standard room has no window. It was an unpleasant trip to this hotel.

Collection O 676 Hotel Osaka , is placed in a strategic area combine with a nice fresh air. I advise to visit this boutique hotel as your place to stay during your visit in this duty free city

DISTASTEFUL PLACE! I was reading the last review right after spending one night in Osaka Hotel. That review was 4 weeks ago and they replied that they will try to do better. What a joke. The towels, bedsheets had yellow stains. It looked like they were washed and re-used for more than a year! The toilet seat was broken, and the toilet soap dispenser was broken, it even had remnants of facial hair. Agoda reviews are misleading! Thank goodness it was only for one night as my wife and I were exploring various hotels in Batam. To the management; "kalian bener-bener harus step-up please deh. Handuk, bedsheets please gantiin sm yang bersih, barang-barang rusak juga di dalam wc. Ini kali pertama dan terakhir saya ke sana"
