I cancelled my reservation at this hotel and was sent a courtesy email responding to the cancellation by Giulia. It was not the usual perfunctory email acknowledging the cancellation but more of a personal invitation to rebook. It was not for any deficiency on the part of the hotel but rather my indecisiveness with so many choices in fabulous Venice! This is the ONLY hotel that responded to my cancellation with an exemplary personal email offering a new reservation. This clearly illustrates why this hotel receives consistently high reviews for their service. Now I am inclined to book with them for this very reason:)) What a great team!!! Thank you Giulia.

Great hotel in a perfect location, staff was so nice and helpful especially Glerida and Francesca.... The Junior Suite was enormous and the bed very comfortable...breakfast was lovely too... for a 3 star hotel , we found it excellent... Thank you for the lovely stay... Vittorio x

Good location and good size rooms! There were some red lights in the bathroom that we could not turn off and the hotel management could not either. The AC ran good and the breakfast was also very good! I would stay here again!

This was my wife’s first time in Venice and the hotel was perfect! The location within a small piazza with lots of local activity was great. We enjoyed the “bar” outdoor seating that had great coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. The hotel rooms are much larger than one expects in Italy and especially the bathroom! Our room had two windows that opened to terraces that overlooked the piazza - perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful and always available to answer questions or provide suggestions. The location is not within a busy tourist lane but only a few jigs and jogs and your there if you want to be. Highly recommend!
