Came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We chose the skyline view design and the view was excellent and really amazing. The room was spacious also decorated with flowers on the bed. The breakfast is ok comparing to other hotels, but the view of the restaurant is again spectacular. We also went to the bar at 48F and the vibe is chilled. The swimming pool is very big so you can have a long swim there, but remember to wear a swimming cap as it is required at all hotels in China. The location is convenient and very close to shopping mall Cocopark nearby, where you can have different kinds of cuisine and also ladies’ favourites bubble tea. For me Park Hyatt is more like a business rather than a family hotel as we didn’t see even one children there.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary celebration and Park Hyatt SZ totally exceeded our expectation. The hotel is in the center of the city, walking distance from futian station. The design and deco scream quality and class, and everyone at the lobby/reception are friendly, helpful and full of energy. We got a room upgraded and decorded with flowers. Dinner buffet and breakfast buffet have wide selection and good quality of food.They also specifically prepared a nicer window seat for us without us asking Unlimited lobster, ablone, oyseter. Very satisfying. plus we also received a complimentary late checkout at 4pm. Totally a satisfying experience. We will definitely come back next time!

Great service with personalize touch via wechat. Good views as well. Lots of breakfast food selections at their top floor restaurant. I love all the details interior design in this hotel as well.

Amazing hotel. Cesar at front desk super helpful in every respect from getting an early check in at 3pm to setting up transfers to finding local places. Every finish of the hotel is top end. It’s super quiet. Great service. Only thing is good is a bit expensive (bfast usd 65/person) as is spa (usd 200-300 for one hour massage) but food and spa are amazing and glad I did them. Room rates are probably too low though so all evens out.
