Surrounding neighbourhood isn’t that great in my opinion. When entering the room there was a pool of water on the floor because of a leaking airco. The staff was helpful, shut down the a/c so it wasn’t leaking anymore and cleaned the floor. Overall room could be in better shape with just a bit of maintenance in the bed and bathroom. The city is great, but I would take an other hotel in the future.

Terrible. 0 stars If you're looking for a place in Lyon stay far away from this residence/hotel. They charged me twice. There is NO working AC. There is no maintenance on staff on the weekend. They tried to make me move rooms 3 times and then tried to gaslight me by saying "no one else is complaining about the AC" It was an awful experience in an otherwise lovely city. I travel A LOT internationally for both business and pleasure... They clearly don't give a single care about customer satisfaction. 10/10 would not recommend this garbage accomodation. Wish I'd read the reviews before booking because obviously this isn't an issue I alone have had. Oh... And side note there is no smoke detector in the room

This place lies about amenities There is NO working AC. And they charged my cc twice. The staff refused to refund or discount the room after they moved us, and told us we’d have to move rooms a third time if we wanted AC. The gal at the desk blamed me, the gov, and the lack of maintenance…instead of just offering a discount which is what they should’ve done from the start. I travel all over the world for both business and pleasure 10/10 would not recommend this place to anyone

A lovely hotel. Comfortable, clean, friendly and nicely designed. The hotel is located well in relation to the center of the city. The staff were very quick and friendly even though we checked in very late. We were offered a breakfast and took it. Simple and nicely served. The room is actually a suite with lots of space and character. Only downside was the shower/toilet which is designed so you are bound to get the floor wet, no matter what you do...

This is not an Airbnb but it’s a hotel -apartment complex owned by a big company. The whole stay here was not good. The walls are thin. U can Hear your neighbours. A lot of dodgy people hanging around the area and apartment complex. I felt really unsafe and worried here. Thank god only one night. The check in was by people who do not care and don’t bother to even say hello. Upon checking in they took my credit card info although I already paid for the room on Airbnb. Only good thing was parking is free. They have the garage. The phone in the room was also not working and it is very dangerous. Upon confronting the desk they said it’s not working since weeks.
