It is unfortunate the condition of this facility. It is in a very convenient location. The place is old and worn. The toilet in my room didn't work. When i notified them. There response was to take off the tank lid and giggle the flush valve! The coffee maker was missing from the room. The hot tub is empty, the restaurant and bar are both closed.

Rooms were clean but the toilet was like black stains on there, and the bathtub had hair so it took a long time to drain the water but otherwise the room was clean and it smelt good when I walked in. The service was great. The front desk was super nice. The location also had a very beautiful view.

For costing as much as it did, I expected a nicer room than a half-hearted flip of an old motel. The soap in the shower dispenser wasn't filled for our stay either. The outside pane of our window was broken. Staff was friendly and the bed was actually firm-comfortable, so it wasn't all bad.

If you’re thinking that you are getting a decent 3 star hotel with a good deal, forget about it. Filthy, smelly, moldy, rusty, outdated, ragged. If you care about sanitary with a limited budget, go to a 2 star motel with good reviews. Canceling the reservation was the last thing in a late evening with two kids, but could not stay there to see hair ball on the sleeper sofa. Canceling the room took $122, but booking agency Hotwire saved me from paying $122 and let me leave there. I would score this hotel ZERO if ever possible for the sanitary issues.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night. I stayed in the pet friendly room since i took my dog. As soon as i entered the room, a bad odor slapped me in the face. Both of the beds pillows smelled like mold. The bathroom curtain smelled like urine. I didn't even take a shower since i was disgusted by the smell, the bathroom floor was dirty, towels still had make up. The room is big & beds are big too. A/C shut down on me in the middle of the night & stopped working Outside its not safe, there is homeless people camping in the parking lot (beware) make sure you lock your cars & take ALL personal belonging into the room with you. I caught a homeless person looking into my car (i left my windows down while i ran to the room to get something, mind you my mom was in the car & when the homeless person saw her, he was startled & left) If you’re staying for 1 night its ok but more than that, its not worth it. The room didn't have a carpet so the smell wasn't coming from that. PS. If you want an iron you need to go to the front desk & ask for one, the room does NOT have an iron or a microwave
