This was the only hotel we could find that allowed us to bring a cat. I didn't realize that a lot of hotels allow dogs but most don't allow cats. For this reason I had lowered expectations coming in but was really surprised at how nice this hotel actually was. We left the cat inside his crate for 99% of the stay and he was pretty happy all things considered. There are many good restaurants within walking distance and lots of parking. Would stay there again for sure.

I like staying here. It is one of my favorite places to stay when working on the east side of the city. The hotel is comfortable and is conveniently located near restaurants and major roads. They have a nice free hot breakfast and good workout facilities .

Absolutely turned off by the staff and their lack of customer service. I booked in and was not greeted with anything. Just where is your credit card. Never told where the elevator was or how to get to my room. The tub is dirty and the bed cover had stains. The chairs all had stains in my room gross! The next day breakfast, the hostess was watching her cell phone and didn’t greet me again. Her phone was so loud I could hear the whole show while I ate my breakfast. There is NO customer service here. Very disappointing. I was married here 25 years ago and it was amazing. Now I wouldn’t stay here in a snow storm. I paid very good money and didn’t get what I paid for at all. Over priced and gross. Oh and they want cash tips for breakfast!

I called in to confirm what amenities they have, and was told "yes sir, there is a sauna". This is a lie, they have 2 steam showers that don't even turn on (front desk confirmed that that is supposed to be the sauna lol). I tried turning both of them on, waited a few minutes and they were doing nothing. Front desk had nothing to say about it, no apology, so empathy, just a shrug.
