The hotel has a great quiet location but still close so you can walk to everywhere. The free breakfast is great. The room was nicely decorated. But it could do with a bit of freshening up. It smelled a little. Everything else was fine tough. The lady who runs the place is amazing and really friendly. I think she loves her job. Considering this is Venice the hotel offers a great value for money so I would recommend staying here.

I wish I could have given this place more stars but honestly I in good conscious couldn’t. Our plane was delayed so we arrived at the hotel a day late. We tried to contact them via phone, email and text. No response to alert them of our inconvenience. When we arrived at the hotel on Monday (as opposed to Sunday which was our original arrival date) we were told that our room (booked Sunday to Sunday) had been rented. They rented it to us until Thursday and then double booked it and gave it to someone else. Then they had the audacity to tell us that even though we couldn’t stay with them (obviously) that they would not return the rest of the money. We were shocked, first time in the country, first time being delayed and it was getting late after an 18 hour flight to be told hey in 2 days you have to pack up and leave. It was honestly heart breaking, I got engaged in that week and that was the highlight of my trip but this place was just a bitter memory on an epic trip. Also they charge you a cleaning fee and don’t come in and clean. There is also never anyone at concierge, don’t try calling they will not answer.

Warning beware of this hotel. I normally don’t leave negative reviews but please beware of this hotel to all overseas travelers. You do not want to book a room here. There is no lobby, no staff at check in and you are locked outside. The only way to get in is to call the number on the door - however this number does not work for overseas devices - even using the correct area codes. The phone numbers on the website do not work either. We had to borrow the phone of a local to get in contact - and even then (after waiting over two hours) - he made us wait 39 minutes before he got here to give us our room key and the code to the door. Once we got in the hotel the room was average at best, nothing like the pictures or price point and we had no way to check out after either. We had to just leave a key and hope for the best 🤷🏻‍♀️
