Friendly n helpful front desk staff. Even the cleaning services is immaculate! Great Location and a stone throw away from all that you will need to travel or fill yr bottomless stomach!!! Very nice and clean room with full toiletries supplies(you do not need to bring anything at all)! Very understanding staff as this is our 1st time to Sapporo and everything was fresh new to us, all the staff makes our stay here like home! Great traveling advice from staff to shopping and famous attractions. Nothing less den a 10⭐️!!! Thank You Tokyu Rei Sapporo making our 27th Anniversary an Amazing 1!!!

When I process hotel check-in, the front counter clerk was so impatiently to treat us, we have booked 3 rooms, we couldn’t figure out where in form that we can fill out 5 person’s name, at the time; the hotel’s clerk was so mad, he pointed to the form with very poor English and roaring to us to fill it out the name at address spot instead of name’s spot. He was so rude in the manner which is not suppose to treat any customers in this way. I’m so disappointed with your front counter clerk; I guess this person is not like his job and possible that he is not like to deal with customers either.

I recently stayed at Hotel Tokyu Rei Sapporo for several days and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with their postal service. I approached the reception to seek assistance with putting stamps on my postcards and having them mailed. However, despite two weeks having passed since I returned home, neither my friend nor I have received the postcards I sent. It is truly disheartening. Upon reflection, I believe the issue lies with the postal box located outside the hotel, which seems to be a fake one. I would strongly advise fellow travelers to avoid using this box and instead visit the postal office to ensure the safe delivery of their postcards. Relying on the hotel staff's service in this matter proved to be a regrettable mistake. Overall, my experience with the postal service at Hotel Tokyu Rei Sapporo was extremely disappointing. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and takes appropriate measures to rectify the situation.

Unfortunate Room Allocation Experience at 札幌東急REIホテル I recently stayed at 札幌東急REIホテル and unfortunately had a rather disappointing experience. One of the main issues I encountered was the room allocation, which left much to be desired. To my dismay, the rooms assigned to me were consistently located at the end of the hotel corridors. This may not seem like a big deal to some, but in my culture, such room placements are generally considered inauspicious. It was disheartening to see that the hotel did not take this cultural sensitivity into account when assigning rooms. The constant trek to and from my room became tiresome and inconvenient. It seemed that other guests were allocated more centrally located rooms, leaving me feeling like a second-class guest. It's important for hotels to consider the preferences and beliefs of their diverse clientele, especially when it comes to something as significant as room allocations. I must mention that apart from the unfortunate room placement, the hotel itself was decent. The staff were generally courteous and the facilities were satisfactory. However, the negative impact of the room allocation on my overall experience cannot be overlooked. If you hold similar beliefs or value room placement based on cultural considerations, I would caution you to clarify your preferences with the hotel before your stay at 札幌東急REIホテル. It is crucial to ensure that your accommodation aligns with your cultural or personal beliefs to avoid disappointment and discomfort. While I appreciate the efforts made by the staff in other areas, I hope that 札幌東急REIホテル takes this feedback into consideration and improves their room allocation process to provide a more satisfactory experience for all guests.
