Downsides: small lobby and smell of smoke coming through the vents, which we assumed is from the smoking lounge area. Other than that, the staff are friendly, professional, and I loved the attention to details in the rooms. Another amazing thing was the fact that we had both shower and bath.😍 The hotel is kids friendly and they don't charge for every little extra service comparing to other 5* hotels :)

Rooms were fine and the beds comfy. It's just that I felt this Hilton has fallen below the standard I would have expected. Whilst the continental breakfast food was nice enough, the hot buffet was cold. Also when requesting some milk at night was told couldn't be done as bar was closed. Never had this before. Also some of the fixtures in the room just need a bit of care . When pulling a pug out the whole of the wood mounting came away from the wall. Service was good I the bar. Just not quite up to the usual standards

Everything is like in a three-star hotel. The bathroom smells like a public toilet, mold can be seen in the sink, the receptionists don't know how to talk to customers properly, in the restaurant the waiters twist your cup on their finger. I am surprised that the hotel has 5 stars.

Hotel is placed on one of the busiest streets in Zagreb, the advantage is that you have a garage, but it costs €24 per day and is not included in the price of services if you stay in the hotel. Anyway, excellent service, friendly staff and luxurious rooms, suites and apartments with a bathroom with shower and bathtub, minibar, TV and sofas or armchairs for sitting. A view from a room is just not something incredible, rather business buildings or traffic jams. Sockets are in several places in every room, you also have them at every sitting corner in the corridors and even in the restaurant and bar if you need to work while eating and in the lobby. Apart from the gym on the 10th floor, a small and pleasant swimming pool 1.45/1.50m deep and a Jacuzzi right next to it, a couple of sunbeds and 2 types of sauna (hot air and steam), you don't have too many other activities to do. The restaurant & bar have a pleasant atmosphere, light music in the background, a smoking area on the terrace and plenty of buffet food. The wine and cocktail list is quite ok priced, if you know that you are in Zagreb, which is otherwise more expensive than other cities. All in one, a 5 star hotel, worth its price.
