Really great location, next to a train station and shops. If you plan to stay in the rooms i wouldnt suggest this place as they are quite small. We were only in the rooms for the night. Beds are super comfy and had the ammedities needed. The host was very helpful and answered our question with quick responses.

The airbnb is as good as it gets at that price. The host is very attentive and helpful and the location is a quiet residential neighbourhoods

Altogether a decent place in a great location that fit our 2 bedroom requirement. Had all of the amenities required for our group. The rooms are small but the beds are extremely comfortable. This is a great place to sleep but if you plan to hang out in the room this may not be the best choice. We would definitely stay again if we are in town!

Really enjoyed my stay here, can highly recommend it. Rooms are small as you’d expect, would recommend a room to each person, might be a squeeze for couples. Facilities were brilliant, the only downside was the check in/out process. Booked via Airbnb and had no 6 digit code which was required. Had to speak to their service helpline who do not speak much English, so was a bit difficult but we got there in the end. Worth seeing if that can be improved. Location is close to an ambulance/fire station so you’ll hear that all night, but you’re in downtown shinjuku so you aren’t there for silence! Will be sure to book again when I return to Japan. Thank you again. :)
