First time staying here. The room is comfortable but not quiet with the chalet style walkways and exterior doors. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The cave style hot pool is one of a kind and it was cool to be there in the deep cold and foggy experience where you had to navigate without seeing much... Plus the pool opens up to the sky

We stayed at the Fox Hotel for 3 nights. My boyfriend booked a suite for just the two of us, despite the somewhat high cost for a stay from Tuesday to Thursday. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a few issues. On our third night, the laundry and dryer noise woke us up early 6am, the bed was noisy, and coffee was not provided on the second day. To our surprise, when checking out, my bf discovered a red stains underneath the reserved blanket. We hadn’t noticed it earlier due to the dim lighting. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you seek a relaxing and clean stay. Consider exploring other hotels in Banff for better options that prioritize guest comfort. The only positive aspect was the cool hot tub, but it tends to get busy on weekends. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend spending too much money for an extended stay at this hotel.

Fairly priced and decent rooms, the staff offered me a discount on an upgrade when the heater in my unit broke down. Hot tub is phenomenal and has some other decent amenities, like underground parking and a Chili’s in the lobby. Can’t go wrong really.
