Good located hotel with direct Metro- and connection. The staff is extremely friendly and giving a helping hand if needed. The guys in the bar/restaurant had fun and transferred this good vibe to the guests. The kitchen is very good. We had the Melee plate one night and ordered it again the following dinner, bc we all enjoyed it. Same for breakfast. The style is unique, obviously someone made himself/herself a lot of thoughts how to transfer the Rugby theme into a hotel environment.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. The location is terrible, the hotel is not in a safe area and is therefore gated, requiring you to be buzzed in through the gate. The hotel staff is incompetent. They gave us bar cocktail napkins when we asked for a tissue refill because apparently they were “out of tissues.” The 24 hour room service was out of all food options except for 2, there aren’t many food or market options in the area so you are left with little to no options if you’re hungry or thirsty. The rooms are extremely tacky and don’t have a fridge or even lotion to use. I am truly baffled at how they have a 4 star google review and 4 star hotel rating. Please don’t waste your money at this terrible establishment.

I was there for one weekend and it was amazing. The online booking was flawless, and the prices were good. The hotel is perfectly reachable with a car and has big underground parking garage. The personal is really friendly, and I felt welcome at the moment I walked in. The room was beautiful and cozy. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious. It had everything I could wish for in the morning. The evening kitchen was also absolutely remarkable. The food was extremely tasty and also a pleasure for the eye.

Location is near the industrial center, not many things to do there. Hotel is in very good condition, not sure how old but it looks brand new. They made some very unconventional decisions in order to save space in the rooms. No bathroom space, but open sink with 2 stalls for shower and toilet. Which can be extremely unconvenient when 2 people have to share the room and toilet. Would make more sense to save some space from the ridicously huge bar which remains unutilised and closes early. They do accept dogs which is a great advantage even if it comes in an increased price. Stuff was very kind and accomodating. I don't get the ruckby theme but that's not important.
