We booked the Victoria Inn for our Christmas time with our kids. We rented 4 rooms. 2 pool side and 2 on the 3rd floor. The rooms were good. The pool was too small in relation to the amount of guests. Some areas of the pool and hot tub were dirty and could and should have been cleaned. I found the price of rooms on the high side especially for what was included in the cost. The front desk employees were friendly and informative. But saying all this, our kids and grandkids had a wonderful time and great memories were made!

This place had a lot of great things. • The pool was fun for the kids just very shallow for adults. Dinosaur Theme was neat. 🦖 • Fitness centre is decent. (But hard to find). • Rooms were clean. 👌🏻 • Staff was friendly. 👍🏻

I enjoyed the pool, and the service was good. When I requested additional amenities, they promptly brought them to the room. However, the mattress and the bedding weren't aligned properly, requiring adjustment, and I noticed a squished paper towel in the corner of the washroom door.

It was ok. The room was big and beautiful and the pool was fun for young kids and toddlers. The restaurant doesn’t have vegan options though and you have to go down to the lobby if you order from skip. The rooms are also super dry and I found it difficult to sleep. The TV wasn’t user friendly either and I was unable to order movies because the service was unavailable. They also gave coupons in our package for the restaurant that were valid on a date after our stay which was weird.
