I enjoyed the room but saying they provide breakfast is pretty pathetic, only granola with milk or toast, no fruit or eggs... front desk staff not friendly... Edit: okay yes it's a continental breakfast, but what continental breakfast has zero fruit options? So had to go to market and get my own stuff on vacation which was annoying after long days of travel...

If you are looking for a quiet private place in town, this is it! The old town can be overcrowded with tourists but this place can keep you calm. The location is the gem of this place. You can walk to anywhere in town. There are plenty of cafes, bars and massage places nearby. Everything was clean, comfy bed and friendly staff! Highly recommend!

A really nice place, we loved our 4-night stay here! Chose a bigger room for 2 pax (meant for 3) and absolutely enjoyed the extra “living room” space. Amenities are aplenty, not many places would provide conditioner, hand soap and dental kits now. Location is great, right outside tha phae gate where you can easily cross over to the other side / outside of the old city. Very quiet as well, away from the rowdiness. BUT if you like the party scene, it’s near many bars and the clubbing area, all within walking distance too. Parking wasn’t an issue for us, there are actually more lots (not pictured), just speak to the recep and they’ll move vehicles where necessary to accommodate you (this is bc there’s an office space within the compound so folks drive there to work daily, but they’ll be gone by the evening anw, not an issue at all). Liked how it was clean, the bed was really comfortable too. No bed bugs 👍🏻 Highly recommended, would love to stay again!
