You can schedule your cab as per your estimated arrival time at the airport. It is very simple to pre-book your cab through Adani One. Simply go to Adani One platform and go to ‘Book Cabs’. Select pick-up location, destination and pick-up time. Enter the details, confirm, make a payment and your cab is scheduled. You will receive an OTP and driver’s details 60 min before your ride. On boarding the cab, you will need to share the OTP with the driver to start the ride.

It’s easy to cancel your cab booking on Adani One platform. Follow these simple steps and your cancellation is through. Here's how:

    • Log in to your Adani One account if you aren't already signed in.
    • Go to Orders & Bookings. All your upcoming trips are listed. Identify the booking you want to cancel.
    • Hit 'Cancel Booking' on the trip details page.
    • Review and confirm your cancellation.
    • That's all – your ride is cancelled. Once your cancellation is done, the amount charged will be refunded to payment source within the timelines you see below:
    1. Original Payment Method: 7-10 business days.

    2. Adani Rewards Point – 30 minutes.

    Users can cancel the booking any time before the ride starts, cancellation policy will be applicable.
