Terms and Conditions

1. “Duty Free is now Free” campaign is brought to you/customer/user by Adani Digital Labs Private Limited (ADL/We/Us) through its platform ‘Adani One’ in partnership with ‘Ospree Duty Free’ (Mumbai Duty Free). Please carefully read these terms and conditions (“TnCs”) before participating in the contest. By participating in this contest, you hereby agree to these TnCs. These TnCs are in addition to and in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Adani One.
2. The Campaign will start on 15thJune 2024 at 00:00 hours and will end on 31st March 2025 at 23:59 hours (“Campaign Period”)
3. The Campaign will be active on the Adani One platform (Mobile Application – iOS & Android, Web and M-Web).
4. Customers shopping on Ospree Duty Free (Mumbai Duty Free) (Terminal 2 - Arrival and Departure) via Adani One platform during the Campaign Period and subsequently, successfully picking up the order are eligible for a gift card.
5. Customers will have to, At Terminal 2 – Arrival: a) Shop for Rs. 10,000/- and Customer will get 1 gift card of Rs. 20,000/- or b) Shop for Rs. 20,000/- and Customer will get 1 gift card of Rs. 50,000/-. At Terminal 2 – Departure: a) Shop for Rs. 10,000/- and Customer will get 1 gift card of Rs. 20,000/-, b) Shop for Rs. 20,000/- and Customer will get 1 gift card of Rs. 50,000/- or c) Shop for Rs. 40,000/- and Customer will get 1 gift card of Rs. 1,00,000/-
6. During the Campaign, upon meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned above, Customer will receive a gift card at the Ospree Duty Free (Mumbai Duty Free) at the time of order delivery/fulfilment at the Mumbai Airport.
7. The Customer can scan the QR code on the gift card, fill the required details in order to view the offers and discounts (“Vouchers”) from our partners.
8. The Vouchers provided by the gift card will be chosen at the discretion of the Ospree Duty Free/ Adani One. The Vouchers does not include, TDS, comprehensive insurance, registration charges, any other applicable charges and taxes, optional extras, etc.
9. Gift Cards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed in cash. ADL/Ospree Duty Free accepts no responsibility for any variation in gift card value.
10. 1 (one) gift card will be issued for every single bill issued at the Ospree Duty Free (Mumbai Duty Free).
11. 1 (one) International Passenger can get maximum 1 (One) number of gift card.
12. The Vouchers will be governed by warranties, terms and conditions of respective partners, brands, or suppliers. We would not be held responsible for defects or deficiencies in products or services or any other aspect over which ADL/Ospree Duty Free does not have any direct control.
13. Adani One/Ospree Duty Free will not be liable in case of loss/theft of the gift card.
14. ADL’s/Ospree Duty Free’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final.
15. Adani One/Ospree Duty Free reserves the rights to discontinue the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
16. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by you, we reserves the right to deny the offer.
17. Any dispute or claim regarding the Campaign must be resolved with us directly, and Customers can connect with us as per the Grievance Policy.
18. By participating for this Campaign, you expressly agree that neither Adani One/Ospree Duty Free nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
19. The Campaign is completely optional and is chosen by you of their own volition. Any person participating in this Campaign and accepting the gift card shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
20. Adani One/Ospree Duty Free reserves the right to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this Campaign at any time at its sole discretion. Adani One/Ospree Duty Free can do so any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
21. Adani One/Ospree Duty Free shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the Campaign. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
22. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice on AdaniOne.com, to which you agree to by using it and in addition to the conditions applicable to Ospree Duty Free. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this Campaign only.
23. Adani One/Ospree Duty Free is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms. In the event of any dispute arising, Adani One/Ospree Duty Free shall have the final say.
24. Adani One/Ospree Duty Free shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
