About Silchar Airport

Silchar Airport, IATA code IXS, is the fourth busiest airport in India's Northeast region. The airport is situated at the foot of the spectacular Barail Hill Range. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (SVPIA) is located in Hansol, 9 Km north of the city centre of Ahmedabad.
