IndiGo Sale

This offer is made by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) to the customers booking IndiGo flights from 00:01 hours IST on August 02, 2023, till 23:59 hours IST on August 04, 2023 (“Offer Period”) for travel from August 09, 2023 till 17th July 2024, subject to flight inventory availability and subject to terms and conditions mentioned hereinunder.

• During the Offer Period, IndiGo offers the following discounts(“Offer”) for all flight bookings made through IndiGo website (www.goindigo.in) and IndiGo mobile App (whether Android or iOS):
• Upto 17% only on the base fare for flight bookings on all Domestic & International sectors of IndiGo. The offer can be availed by applying promocode “GOINDIGO.”
• Discounted pricing on pre-purchased preferred seating (Seat Select).
• In addition, IndiGo has also partnered with select banks, and IndiGo customers can also take additional benefits as per the bank offers made available on the payment page. All such offers are offered by select banks and governed by the terms & conditions of the respective banks.
• All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the select bank offers, should be taken up directly with respective Bank partners. IndiGo shall, in no manner, be responsible for the same.
• The Offer is valid for bookings made during the Offer Period for flights at least 07 (Seven) days prior to the date of departure, provided that the date of travel is no earlier than August 09, 2023.
• Limited inventory is available under the Offer, and therefore, discounts will be provided to the customers, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
• Discount is not applicable on any Airport Charges and other Government taxes and levies.
• The Offer is valid on all sectors across IndiGo’s network, subject to flight inventory availability.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion that is not mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.
• This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable. Changes in the itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and fare difference as per IndiGo’s standard terms and conditions.
• The Offer is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings (i.e., booking of flight tickets for nine (9) or more people).
• All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage, available at Indigo’s official website.
• The Offer is subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
• IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
• By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future.
• This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
