If there was a option for negative rating then I would award negative rating to this hotel... Worst hotel experience of my life...bad smelling room n bed..pillows were dirty.. towel was torn... Room lock was defected..I got stucked in room...I will never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel......this type of hotel should be blacklisted.

My experience with the hotel is great. As per the previous reviews, hotel does work on improvements over customer reviews. Customer handling & staff is good. Provides all the services on time and yes it is the one of the best hotel in Lucknow if you're looking for budget & class related requirements.
