Loved our stay here at Bella Nara. Beautiful hotel, location is great, and the staff were always friendly. There are plenty of eateries around the area. The lively Nimman Street is a short walking distance away from the hotel. We had a restful evening all throughout our stay, no issues with any street noise even though we had booked a double room which was facing the street and hotel entrance. My partner enjoyed the amenities such as the gym, pool, and sauna. I wish I had gone as well. Overall, very satisfied! We're already planning our next visit. Also, the hotel has an extensive menu for cocktails. I tried their Tom Yum Smash, as recommended by another reviewer. It was smashing! Try it if you enjoy a spicy kick in your cocktails. :)

Overall the hotel is a good choice. We had wonderful breakfasts there. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Ms. Ann at the breakfast stations was so nice to us. The pool is really cool. The room is clean and beautiful. The gym is well equipped. They have sauna too. The only downside is that the room’s sound proof was not so good for us.

This is a classic and quiet hotel with a European style. It is a good location within walking distance to Nimman Street. The price is not cheap, but considering the room condition, breakfast, service, and accessibility to city, I think it is a very reasonable price. We could see that there are many newlywed or young couples from China and Korea. I think they also like these points. All facilities are very neatly maintained, and the staff's service is also excellent. I highly recommend for families and couples who like privacy, clean and cozy hotel. Willing to visit again and would like to recommend it to my acquaintances.

Beautiful & brand new hotel with nice room and amenity. However it is impossible to sleep here. The biggest issue is sounds proofing. Don't trust a bit when the hotel trying to sell you the "double-sided window" gonna block the street noise. They don't. The paper thin wall and the unnecessarily obnoxious Tuk Tuk don't mix and match. If you have to stay here, insist on an inside facing room. But don't expect soundproofing to be any better honestly. For being a brand new hotel, some of the plumbing issues we experienced are just inexcusable. Hotel staff are just...timid.... And I use the word loosely as they are nice, just seems to be under appreciated or lack training. Overall the hardware problems are not so fixable. There are too many options in the area and you should go for something else. It's a shame...the hotel is beautiful tho.
