An excellent hotel and I whole heartedly recommend it to anyone wanting an adult-only holiday. We stayed on a half-board basis and the buffet breakfast and dinner selections are not just varied and extensive, they were also delicious! The rooms are big and have a large en-suite area with two wash-hand basins, bath with wall-mounted shower attachment, wc and bidet. A selection of toiletries, comb, sewing kit etc is supplied (all very useful) and an ample supply of various sized towels. There is also a tea-point and fridge. The cups provided are rather dainty, so if you like a mug of tea/coffee do bring your own or buy some locally. The mattresses are comfortably firm, ideal for my spinal problem and the furniture ample and of good quality. The balconies are good-sized with chairs, table and a wall-fixed drying rack. The rooms are efficiently and quickly cleaned daily and tea/coffee etc re-stocked. The staff are friendly, polite, efficient and caring. I unfortunately fell ill and at my partner's request a lovely lady brought dinner to our room. The staff, from receptionist to cleaner, act more like gracious hosts than hotel employees. We have been coming here for years and will continue to do so :)

Amazing hotel. Having stayed in Adeje last year, this was definitely an upgrade. The staff did their absolute best to make our stay as perfect as possible. The bar and wait staff are all Amazing. Big shout out to Moses and Joseph who are always smiling and made my evening there great. The reception staff are all amazing. From Sherry who was teaching me Spanish to try and help with dealing with the staff to Florina who dealt so expertly with our issues at check in on the 15 Dec. They are credit to the team. Rooms where always spotless and issues dealt with as soon as possible. The only thing I found was that some of the staff seemed to dislike when English speaking guests tried to speak basic Spanish with them. This is something I tried to do as it is polite to try and make the staff lives as easy as possible. All in all a wonderful stay and we will 1,000,000% be back. The McDermott’s - Room 356

Lovely spacious rooms but do definitely need upgrading. Good selection of food with English bacon, sausages etc. however the food is not hot enough. Location is quite far out, it's good for a morning walk, but not so clever if you want to go out for a few drinks at night. The climb back is abit of a pain. The hotel it's self is lovely, but does need abit of work doing it. Fabulous housekeeping.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Very little to fault. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Spacious rooms cleaned daily and replenished with fresh towels. Dressing gowns provided. The pool area kept very clean. There are plenty of beds. Towel police on duty in the mornings, which saves having to get up early to try and reserve beds, so not allowed here 👍🏼. Reception and evening entertainment areas are also clean and spacious. Food on offer with quite a of them cooked freshly in front of you. Only a short 10 min walk to the beach but 1 steep hill to negotiate, hence losing the location star. However, great location for highend shopping. Awesome view from the rooftop, adult only, swimming pool & bar area. Just 2 slight negative points, with it being a 'cashless' hotel, your really need to check, halfway through your break, how much you've add to your room bill and the drinks and marked up from the prices you can pay at the supermarket just next door. Would most definitely return. 😁

Hotel review Pros: Large hotel with lots of facilities. Breakfast buffet is large, great choice and high quality. Excellent pool and sun beds. Staff are friendly and attentive. Cons: As has been mentioned in other reviews, the air conditioning is very poor. This was raised and “an engineer was sent to check” but no resolution. I imagine it would be unbearable in summer. Loud music is played around the pool at various times during the day, if you have a pool facing room it’s very difficult to relax in your room because of this. Queues most mornings for breakfast.
