Just finished a wonderful 8 days stay in Tivoli La Calete. The hotel has been recently renovated and acquired by NH group. We had stayed in the same hotel couple of times in past. The excellent service started upon our arrival by staff in reception, accomodating our request for a different room (Thanks to Paolo for his service oriented attitude). The staff were well trained and briefed on customer service. Food and catering were excellent with high quality material. Swimming areas were clean with enough number of beds, parasols and towels. Guest relations desk provided very good tips and support for external bookings (Thanks to Kristina for her good tips on sight seeing). All in all a recommended place for relaxation if you are an adult couple.

Very nice and well staffed hotel with spacious rooms and good meals and great cocktails at correct prices in the bars. There is no limit on the usage of pool towels and they have a good selection of sunny versus shaded pool chairs. Food options (breakfast buffet, poolside bar, a la carte and buffet restaurants) are very varied and made with quality ingredients. The reception desk manages issues and questions you may have in a correct and swift manner. In general the staff was always friendly and helpful in communications. The hotel provided free/included parking space for our car in their underground parking lot for our stay.

We had a lovely stay here with my wife. Hotel looks recently refurbished so everything is new and clean. Absolute delight to stay in. Facilities are great, with spacious outdoor pools and even an adults-only section for those seeking a bit more quiet. The highlight for us was the jacuzzi, situated in the center island of the main pool. In those colder months it was greatly appreciated. The service is on another level, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning personnel look happy to be there! The restaurants were a bit pricy so we chose to explore food options nearby, gladly there are plenty restaurants in the walking distance. Breakfast had many of options to choose from, with some changing every day so you don't get bored. There was even a cooler with cava, if that's something you fancy. Freshly squeezed orange juice was also a nice touch. Overall, I'd say it's one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Would definitely come back.

We stayed at Tivoli La Caleta for 12 nights and we had a fantastic experience! The property is completely renovated and everything is new, sparkling clean and beautiful. The property itself is admirable, it's almost like a little tropical garden within and all around the buildings. I really liked how they kept and maintained a lot of greenery and nature. Unlike the rest of the South, this area is more quiet and the resort itself offers a nice, chilled out and relaxed vibe, which we loved. They had a very tasteful selection of entertainment on some of the days, but very unobtrusive and pleasant. There are multiple restaurants and a beach club at the property. They are all very well managed and offer a good variety of food and drinks. All the pools were very clean and heated. The personnel was very nice and everyone was always ready to help with anything. We felt really safe and in good hands the whole stay. They would go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need. There were a few tiny hiccups we noticed in the consistency of the service from time to time, but that is in no way to say that they did anything less but a fantastic job. They are simply humans and working hard! I have rarely seen Guest Relations work so well at any property and actually be close to all guests, genuinely caring and listening. The breakfast experience was also very impressive, especially with how busy the restaurant was at breakfast. Kudos to the whole team at Tivoli La Caleta, I hope they keep it up and till next time! 👏

Fabulous *****. I'm a Tivoli brand fan because they have an international standard and flavour but still manage typical local twists and this Tenerife version is no different. We arrived very early and they found a room for us and allowed an early check in with a smile. I did some pre-planning and booking of restaurants with the help of the concierge. Their concierge service also always amazing and recommend excellent places pitched just right for each guest. The staff at this hotel as a whole is super hospitable, courteous, and professional. No need was unmet on our holiday trip. The room layout works so well, all with amazing views. They have heated saltwater pools throughout the property year-round. We spent most of our time at the Adults Only pool area which was a huge selling point in choosing this hotel. This area was super relaxing with chilled music playing and the bar staff (Guilty Pool Bar) serving food and drinks to the sun loungers. The breakfast buffet was just fantastic and included a vast array of Mediterranean and hot breakfast options with three chefs cooking eggs to order in the buffet area. We ate at Seen, the fish restaurant which offered a fantastic menu. Great Wine Menu. We also ate at Yakuza, great japanese restaurant, elegant and cool. Great Cocktail Menu. Kudos to hotel management for getting everything so amazingly right.
