Michaela has made our holiday a joy. Serving us with drinks every day at the pool bar. She has a wonderful personality and engages with every customer as makes you feel special and like a friend. Well done for being such an amazing ambassador for this hotel.

Probably our eighth visit to the Anthelia. Only time we have ever had anything other than a perfect experience was just after covid when staff were a little less attentive than expected. We have just arrived back again this year and I am delighted to find Miriam and Sara still working so hard around the pool always present without being intrusive. A real talent.

The good: -The pools are absolutely gorgeous, particularly the lower pool area. For a January visit, the upper star-shaped pool was heated a few degrees warmer than the lower pool. -The breakfast buffet was very good. Good coffee and good variety. -Poseidon, the gourmet restaurant, was delicious — very small portions, though, for the main course so beware. One of our family members ordered the lobster and mussels and found it particularly tiny. -The location is convenient to many things — as first-timers in Tenerife, we got lucky to be able to walk (a long walk though) to La Caleta and other nice areas. Neutral: -The hotel was very, very quiet. For us, that was nice for sleeping and such but it also was rather strange in the evenings when we were looking for a bit of vitality. A few misses: -There is weird, old carpeting located all throughout the hallways leading to the rooms. And it is technically outdoors which is extra odd. We figure it must be to keep things as quiet as possible. Those same hallways also show a bit of wear and tear, but the main areas in the hotel have been kept up really well! -The sauna in the wellness circuit was not working when we went. However, the manager there was very nice and offered us a return visit free of charge. -Apparently, people book the massage services weeks or months in advance, as there was not availability to schedule when we arrived.

An outstanding hotel with outstanding service. Particularly suitable for families. We did not opt for all-inclusive but had breakfast included and paid for our lunch, snacks and dinner when we wanted to eat at the hotel. All the food was excellent with plenty of variety. They even arranged a dedicated room for our boys and some other interested guests to watch a football match.
