The words can't possibly explain how incredibly amazing this hotel is. You feel like you're in a dream. Everything is so cozy, looks fantastic and smells amazing. From the very first minute, all the staff is incredibly welcoming and nothing feels like a problem. You are allowed to completely relax and slow down here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the very first moment to the very last and wished we could stay longer. The outdoor area with various pools of different temperatures offers an amazing opportunity to relax and swim. We appreciated that there was plenty of space for everyone. Even though there were many people, it never felt crowded, unlike other public places. The dinner and breakfast was also amazing, with a wide variety of different foods and drinks. The staff is friendly and always has a smile on their faces. We would like to express our special thanks to one of the hotel employees for his generous help with our problem regarding our rented car. Two hours before our estimated departure, we discovered that our car had a flat tire. He immediately contacted the car rental company, arranged everything for us and booked a taxi to take us to the airport. The service was exceptional! We are definitely coming back and will wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all our friends and family!

This hotel was fantastic. We were bored at home, so we decided to go for one night in the Garden Villa with Hot Tub room. Everything was excellent. From check in, to being taken to our room with Oliver. Was fantastic. At around 11pm that night I had to get something from the pharmacy, and whilst waiting for a taxi, Oliver insisted that he drive me there and back himself. We immediately booked two more nights to enjoy the hotel. It’s a lovely place. The pools are lovely, room service is quick and easy, the gym is nice. The only con is the food isn’t high quality and compared to a lot of five star hotels, it lacks.

Amazing hotel, and even better Thanks to the Amazing Team managing it. First i want to Thank Sofia, Carlos and Angelina for their great attention to detail and great customer service. The hotel is gorgeous as anyone can appreciate, we stayed in one of the villas with private jacuzzi. The room was one of the most comfortable I have ever been in. My only suggestion to organise a bit better the cleaning team as they would enter without notice and did a just good job most of the times, but we do understand that this was due to the hotel being a top capacity.

Superb hotel with exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. We stayed 2 weeks at La Plantacion and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room was clean and well maintained, the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and the pool area is well designed, clean and organised. We have only good things to say and would surely return. Great place to have relaxing holiday and good position to reach pretty beaches and explore the island.
