Very good value. They have a library/lounge with a variety of snacks and drinks (a mini bar in the evening), an outdoor foot bath, buffets for breakfast and dinner, and cozy rooms. The only downside is that the public baths don’t allow tattoos, but there are spacious private baths that anyone can use. There are also a lot of stairs and few elevators as for accessibility. This place is family friendly and had a play corner for kids. They have a spa where you can book massages, and it seemed that they had local crafts/activities such as pottery that you can sign up to. Well designed, restful, and the staff was friendly. Would stay again.

A very comfortable hotel for the family to stay with unlimited coffee, bottled milk coffee. They also provide snacks from 7 pm. Have public and private onsen as well as one in the apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay there. The only nag is that there is nor much choices for food in the surrounding area and lacking in convenient outlets like 7 Eleven or Family Mart. Gora is a sleepy town.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable. We booked a room for 3 and it was proper single beds for 3. There are 2 choices of onsen. A public where it is separated by gender and the other one is private, meaning couple can occupy that for 30 mins. They even provide free snacks and alcohol on certain hours at night. The night scenes are really nice from our balcony. The breakfast is very good. It's worth getting the breakfast if you are not sure about it.

Good food and drinks included. Even sake, whisky and beer. Nice foot bath in the garden and cute fire place. There are also some after dinner sweets and drinks in library room. But all the onsen there are indoor and smell very chlorinated, so it’s not nice to be inside. I was also a bit disappointed by the room. We got the room facing to the garden and it wasn’t possible to open the windows. Overall, it’s a good hotel and we enjoyed our time there.

Fantastic hotel that I'd nearly classify as a Resort in it's own right. Both dinner and breakfast were really good, use of the private onsens was a great experience, and free drinks are provided in the evenings, and an even bigger selection at dinner. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style with a great selection. I unfortunately would have to mark it down on the cleanliness of the rooms. The shower glass was very dirty, and the toilet had a very obvious waterline and obviously hasn't been scrubbed in many months. There was also alot of dust on the shower head. A little more attention to detail in the cleaning would really help.
