My rating is based on looking at this hotel as a midrange (price wise) long stay hotel not a rental apartment. 1. It is only 200 meters to the nearest train station which is only 5 minutes by train to Nagoya station. 2. The bathroom and toilet are separated, both vented, the bathroom area includes a tub in a standard size for Japan and the area can be used for showering, the kitchen area has cabinets and a "bit-stove" (a large single burner gas stove) and sink, the refrigerator is of a good size for a small family on a several day vacation. There is a microwave and hot water dispenser in each room as well as a washing machine. The dryer is down stairs at the entrance but racks to dry clothes on your balcony are already in each coat/shoe cabinet. Ion filter unit was also in my room. All I mentioned above are clean, and relatively modern given the item type. 3. 99% of noise came from passing trains not surrounding rooms. 4. Lighting is remote controlled, and A/c unit as well both were higher end models in my room. 5. The surrounding area has a good number of pastry shops, souvenir shops, bars, restaurants, etc. The nearest mall is the Aeon Mall which is 2km away. The price given this area of Nagoya (proximity to Nagoya station), with the quality of the room/items and finally factoring in the surrounding area, for me seeing this as a long stay hotel, resulted in a five star rating.

Very good fully furnished rooms...that with a kitchen in some rooms....good service....in short the perfect place to leave. Moreover it is just 1 min walk from otobashi station....and just one stop away from kanayama station in JR line

This place essentially an old mansion building turned into a hotel. Which is great, and the price is great too. Plenty of privacy, and great location.
