This is a good hotel for a layover in Cancun. It is near the ADO Cancun terminal where they have buses leaving every hour to the airport terminals. Bed was comfortable and room had AC. Recommend this hotel if you need to stay one in Cancun.

This is definitely a 3 star. The rooms are not soundproofed, you can hear everything from the street, surrounding rooms and hallways. Hot water was occasional and water pressure was low. There are cracks around room doors so you can actually see into the hallway from inside the room and vice versa, not great if you are concerned about privacy and security as a woman. They clean the rooms and remove towels which are replaced a while later, sometimes hours later, so you are left without towels for a while each day. After the solarium was left open all night the first few nights I stayed there I went to use it at 9:50pm and found it locked. I was then informed that it was now being closed at 10pm because they didn't want people up there after that. I was disappointed but ended up upgrading my room to a more expensive one with a balcony so I could use it after 10pm - the room was located next to the solarium and I was a worried about noise but since they said they would close the solarium at 10 thought the noise would be gone after that time. Well, after I upgraded my room, the solarium was left open until 10:30 one night, 11pm another night and midnight another night and there were a group of young men blasting music and partying. I was very annoyed as I just upgraded my room based on the rules they imposed and then these rules were just discarded because some of the staff didn't seem to be able to get guests to leave the balcony/even be aware of the rule that it was to be closed. I called the front desk multiple times and they finally responded and closed the balcony. Very poor management and totally inconsistent application of rules by staff.

We are from Canada and unfortunately had to stay at this extremely dirty hotel; bad customer service. I can not believe that such kind of dirty hotel can even operate. The room and the washroom were extremely dirty, we could not even use the shower properly. They provided three pillows and three towels for four people. When we asked for additional pillow and towel, they simply refused to provide us any pillow and towel on the excuse that they did not have any more pillow and towel. We will never even think of staying in this dirty hotel!

$45 dollars per night, in general this is a nice hotel in a good location around restaurants. Very close to ADO as well and supermarket. Centro area is also close by but I wouldn’t recommend you walking there late as locals told me it’s very dangerous. The room was nice, beds are comfortable. Small swimming pool. The reception was not very welcoming and didn’t offer to tell me what around and how to get to the beach, I had to figure it out. Not even the breakfast details and cost. Anyway, to get to the beach. My recommendation is take the red public bus called “R1” next to ADO towards the roundabout and it will take you to the hotel zone area, you can get off in the shops area and walk to the beach and enjoy. You can come back the same way by bus, it will drop you off next to ADO. The bus cost $12 pesos per person. It’s definitely cheaper than the cheaters taxis. Avoid taking them as much as possible. Be safe!!
