Very clean and comfortable hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Room service is fast and frequent. Great location, most attractions are only 15 mins walk away. Will stay again.

The hotel room was pristine in both comfort and cleanliness. The housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and efficient and the check-in and check-out process was simple.

A nice budget hotel with all the basic essentials. Parking is a problem so please check. The car park within the building has height restrictions of 1.58m.

The room I got is quite large compared to other japanese hotels. Price is good for the size. PS. We checked in but when we got to our room, the roomcleaning wasn't finished. So we needed to wait outside of the room for the cleaning to be finished. The location is not bad really. There are drugstore, many restaurants, Family mart, etc, close-by. But its a long walk from Nagoya Station. Or you could use the Meitetsu-line or taxi to/from the hotel, and get to other locations.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location was good, near the main commercial area and about 10-15mins walk to key bus stops / subway stations. 24-hour Family Mart available at next block downstairs so very convenient for getting any necessities or late-night snacks. Room was spacious and clean. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available, which we were grateful for given our long trip. However, accessibility may be an issue for those in wheel chairs. Hotel reception is on the second floor, but there is only an upward escalator and no lift, so we had to carry our luggage down a rather long flight of stairs.
