Not far from the domestic airport GRU, convenient location overall. Rooms are well-equipped, spacious and bathrooms are perhaps a little more tight to my taste but OK. Beds are large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is of reasonable quality. The only downside was that after a very long transcontinental flight, the entire floor got disturbed at 1:30-2:00AM in the night by escort services agency. They were knocking on all doors and I am still puzzled how these individuals got to our floor on first place considering the card-limited acccess.

My friend and I had a fantastic time during our stay. The staff, especially Hugo at the front desk, was exceptionally welcoming. Hugo not only provided us with valuable recommendations for things to do but also made our check-in experience truly delightful.

Proper hotel in good and safe location. Rooms are ok and properly maintained. The acoustic is a bit of a problem. Walls are thin. So a bit of noise comes inside the room from other rooms. Although there are sound proof windows which keeps the noise from outside from coming inside. I think the strength of the hotel lies in its service from reception to porter, cleaning department and the restaurant.

Hotel in a really nice environment of San Paulo. Personal was nice, although the fact they did not any single word of English was a huge barrier (only two were able to speak and understand). The rooms were just decent. The main problem, is that in Booking this hotel is given 5 stars, whereas it is far below European standards (I would give 3-4 stars maximum).
