My family had an apartment on the first floor, it was great and clean we had no problems and thoroughly enjoyed it. However my in laws were on the ground floor and on night they would come back and find lots of roaches in the kitchen and even bedroom floor. Other than that, the pool was brilliant with a pool bar and pool games for kids at certain times.

Have been here many times. It seems a little tired. Room was grubby and towels bedding not changed enough. Hotel staff were very nice. On site restaurant service was not good. Had to wait ages. Didn't have items on the menu. Turned people away when clearly could have catered for them.

Stay here last 4 years. Area is perfect if want to go to beach. Lovely restaurants nearby. Not far to walk to Los Christianos..location is perfect .self catering apartments are just perfect clean.and service is incredible

I highly recommend this lovely hotel. The staff is very polite and responsive. They try to make your stay very comfortable. Always smiling and friendly. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. A wonderful view from the terrace to the pool. Quiet and peaceful place. Although I did not use the pool, I saw that everything was organized so that there was no problem with leaving towels from the day before. the location is very good. Very close to the sea and everything you need: restaurants, shops. This is definitely a place where I want to return.Thank you!

We had an amazing 2-week stay at Sunset Harbour. The staff are so helpful and polite and the cleaning is amazing. Reception Scottish lady and manager were extra helpful too.The 2 pools are kept clean and maintained the 2 restaurants on site, serving lovely food at a good price, and the pool side bar is an extra bonus. There is a massage facilities and things for children to do also.Too book your sunbeds, go and see the pool attendant, and she will book you in for 2 days at a time and give you towels also, keep hold of towels until you no longer need. Our only suggestion for improving was that we think more changes need to take place on towels in the room. The apartment has coffee machine,kettle, toaster,fridge/ freezer, oven, hob, microwave, filted water, sink, dishwasher, kitchen equipment provided. Shower in our apartment with plenty of space. The lounge/open planned kitchen has plenty of room, and the bedroom offers loads of room. There is a safe in room to use and plenty of wardrobe room and an outside balcony room, equipped with table and chairs. 2 Tv's in room. We would definitely be returning to this place for the service and location, which is 5 minutes from the beach and plenty of bars,restaurants, and water sports and exclusion to book, which we use Daves exclusions because not only did he and his wife book our trips they recommended restaurants and correct pharmacy to use and very friendly and knowledgeable. You will find them just up the road outside the sunset harbour complex main entrance. The bravo restaurant and bars outside are also very lovely and helpful. Oxborough family
