The room was large and easy to move around in. The beds were a bit shorter to the ground. We liked this. It was the most expensive hotel we stayed at this trip, not sure why. The area left a lot to be desired. Not close to food or shops either. It is very noisy. It's in the flight path. The kid at the front desk thought it was funny the toilet wasn't bolted down and thumped every time we got up. It was leaking too. A puddle formed in the middle of the floor every few hours. The shuttle driver left earlier than expected, thank goodness we were there early. He had an offensive sign hung at the front of the bus. Then he dropped us off at the wrong doors at the airport. We'll choose another hotel next time.

This hotel is absolutely horrible! We walked in the room and the toilet was clogged. They said they couldn't do anything about it and gave us a plunger to plunge someone else's bowel movement. The employee said he couldn't move us rooms so we asked for compensation because this is absolutely disgusting and they denied anything. The front desk was less than helpful and quite rude. Also payed for a non smoking room and got a smoking room with my 4 year old. I would NOT recommend staying here

I hesitantly booked this room because I just needed it for the night before my flight and didn't care about location or condition. I was so relieved when I walked into the room. They are clean, modern and comfy! The surrounding area is not safe or clean but the hotel does a great job of keeping the property clean, secure and I felt safe once I got settled. I chose to park my vehicle at The Parking Spot 1 when I left for my flight and it only took 15 minutes to check out, park my car and get to the airport. The location is incredibly convenient!

Great inexpensive hotel located near Phoenix Skyharbor Airport. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The General Manager went out of her way to ensure I had a good stay. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. They do have long term parking on site also. It was $15/night and your vehicle is in a gated secure holding area. This is unlike other hotels where your car is left in the general hotel parking lot.
