Nice hotel in a good location. Buses and trum is in front of the hotel. The breakfast is good, as well as the friendliness of the stuff. Sometimes the minibar is not refilled nor as the coffee and bathroom's disposal stuff, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Recommended

Very great hotel, I like the room. It was clean, beautifully designed, nice colors. The view was amazing and I really enjoyed the breakfast. I totally recommend the hotel and would come back again in future.

Location was a short bus ride from the main train station. The bus stop is right across the street from the hotel. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The mini-bar items were complimentary. There was a window that was tucked in a weird corner and had a view to an alley. It didn't bother me since we didn't pay to have a view, just as an FYI. The shower has no walls just a curtain, so that water can get all over the bathroom, be careful not slipping.

I don’t think I ever gave a full star to a European hotel except this one. Staff are very polite & friendly, they even helped my niece setup a birthday surprise for me. Room was great, spacious enough with plenty of lighting & storage. Bathroom was good as well: I like how the toilet & shower are separated, enough towels, strong water, big sink area to keep ur items. Breakfast was not bad: as a vegetarian, only eggs & hash brown were available but compared to other hotels, the food was decent. Bathrobe & slippers were provided. Location is right next to the tram station so getting around was super easy. They also gave us a free-pass card to use on public transport which is a great idea that all hotels ought to do. Balcony view beautiful. Hotel was lively with lots of people but not noisy when sleeping-inn. I tried their laundry service & needed the items asap because I was checking out the following day. On the same day, I received my clothes (at night). Fabulous service. Would I return? Absolutely. Loved Bern & the hotel. Would I recommend? Absolutely.

Great location, amazing staff & comfortable & well equipped room. Parking available & the tram stop is exactly what n the front of the hotel. The only issue is the “Air condition” in not the conventional one, it is “an air cooling system embedded in the ceiling” or something like that, for which we asked for a fan. The outside seating area is superb & the breakfast was very very good.
