Location is near the Susukino station, but the hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of the district, which works well. There is a public bath in the building which is quite big - there usual is a steady stream of people in the late afternoon and night. Breakfast buffet is served at 6am which is early and great if you are trying to catch early trains or buses. The buffet is pretty worth it as you can make your own kaisendon, fresh boiled crabs, breads, fruits and other hot food fare. The hotel has great service as well!! Try to book early and you might be able to land some great prices.

I would like to say thank you for the great service of vessel Hotel. I bought my kids to check-in and he was not in a good shape. kid threw up in the elevator. one lady provide a plastic bag for my kids immediately, we felt so bad about the contamination and try to clean it up by tissue ourselves. the lady was asking us to bring kids to room for a rest first. she will have front desk folks to clean this up. She told me she is the employee of this hotel. and ask us not to worry about this. This is the best help I had ever. it is a kids friendly hotel. I will absolutely choose VESSEL hotel again for my next trip of Hokkaido.

This hotel was ideal for me as solo traveller. Great location,clean and spacious for Japanese hotel standards. Room has bath robes to use in the public bath, hair dryer and sandals. The shared bath was a standout. Cold and hot bath with sauna and lockers. Many places to sit in front of a mirror after bath with skin products and Dyson air wraps. Everything looked quite modern and I liked the style of the rooms. The lobby Breakfast is also convenient and quite decent 6-10am last entry 9:30am. I think it's decent but if you want to eat early here or the nearby Nijo market is only decent options I found. Most of staff understand English, service was good Will stay here again if I'm back in hokkaido
