Had a great stay here last night and it really exceeded my expectations. There were no Google reviews so I was a bit nervous but it was brilliant. Great location easy to walk to bars, restaurants and attractions. The check in was so easy - they just send you codes on the day and let yourself in using a smart lock, no keys needed. It was clearly very recently decorated and looked great. The kitchen was perfect and included a Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster plus microwave, oven and hob. The included milk and tea too. The bed was comfortable but would have liked extra pillows. The only downside was that the shower wasn't great, but good enough! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Wish we had stayed more than one night here. I felt that it was good value for Reykjavik.

Nice location, right in the center. Room was clean, smelling good, had a small kitchen with coffee and some appliances and had a smart tv. The bathroom was also nice and big. Our only problem was the noise during the night. There’s a club or bar (not sure) close by that plays loud music until 3 AM. We felt like the noise was inside the room, and it was very difficult to sleep. I don’t think insulation is very good. Also people entering the building kept slamming the doors all night long. If you have no problems with noise, it’s a great place to stay!

The room was clean and the kitchenette is well equipped. The location of the apartment is very good, but this also means that it can be very noisy on weekends. The water in the shower and from the taps smells very like sulfur, which is not surprising for Iceland. Also worth mentioning is the fact that the rooms can only be reached via a very narrow and steep staircase, which can be difficult with luggage. We were glad we didn't stay here on the weekend because otherwise it would have been too noisy for a good night's sleep. The price for the apartment was reasonable considering the Icelandic prices for accommodation in Reykjavik.
