Lovely place to stay for the night or two! The room was small, but very nice and cozy. We had a kettle with little tea bags, coffe and milk. Comfortable bed. It was really warm and clean. We also had a lot of towels, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel and some extra blankets. The area where the guesthouse is located is quiet and with little traffic. It is also possible to park your car for free along the street. Location is fantastic, just a 5 minute walk from the center of Reykjavik. Walking distance to all the attractions. Owner was really nice and kind. I’d stay again and would definitely recommend to others.

After reading lots of good reviews we decided this is the place for us to stay in Reykjavik . Unfortunately We stayed for 3 nights in the converted garage. It was clean and tidy, but very small and cramped. If you decide to stop here I recommend you find out for sure what you’re booking. Good location, easy walk into the city centre . Lovely Quiet area.

Appallingly misleading advertising. The garage room was noisy, very basic. Not at all like the images on the website. We expected a kitchen... there was none. We were told there was parking; no reply to our email asking where it was. We were told there was on site reception... there was just a note pinned on the main door. Then there was the on site building noise... DON'T STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE PERSONALLY SEEN YOUR ROOM BEFORE BOOKING.
