Wheelchair Assistance

A dedicated desk is available at the kerbside of Departure Gate 2 at Terminal 1 and Departure Gate 1 at Terminal 2.

Information Desk

Passenger Service Executives are available at the Information desks at Departure, post security check area and arrival.

Ramps

At CSMIA, we have ramps available for seamless movement of wheelchairs. Clams, too, are made available for passengers with special needs. Ramps are available at Terminal 1 and 2 outside the Departure and Arrival Gates.

Dedicated drop-off zone

We have dedicated drop-off zone at Departure kerbside at both Terminal-1 and Terminal- 2.

Help Phone

To assist those with special needs, help phones with Braille, indicating 'information ', have been placed at the airport. These help phones are available at the Arrival, Security Holding and Departure areas of Terminal 2 for wheelchair assistance

Passengers are charged Rs 1180/ per trip (from check-in to boarding) for wheelchair assistance at CSMIA. These additional charges are over and above the complimentary assistance provided by the airlines.
