I recently stayed at the Revier, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The room was clean and spacious (I like the accessibility thru an app). The breakfast was delicious. Even such small details as music playing in the entrance hall were curated to perfection. And I don’t want to forget to mention the D. S. & Durga bathroom amenities. However, there were also some notable downsides. On Saturday night, the hotel turned into a nightclub, playing music until 3am that was so loud it brought the dead back to life - not exactly my idea of a good night's sleep and contrary to any concept of accommodation. The main elevators do not “work” during the night. In other words, you can't get out of the building quickly and easily early in the morning with your luggage in your hands. The app is good, but you have to restart it from time to time before it lets you to unlock your room. Blank starting page occurred quite frequently on my iPhone. In summary, this hotel had its merits, such as a great location, friendly staff and tasty food. Nevertheless, it fell short in terms of standing by its idea to provide "a great night's rest". Depending on your priorities, it might be a suitable choice. I personally would not recommend this accommodation for a weekend getaway if you are travelling with your children or need a good night's sleep for health or other reasons.

A pleasant place with a subtle modern interior. 🏨 Cool paintings adorn the walls, and the breakfast was delicious. On the downside, it can be chilly if you sit near the hotel's entrance door. 🛋️ Interior 5/5 🍲 Food 4/5 🍽️ Service 4/5 💶 Price 3/5 📍 Location 5/5 🚻 Restroom 4/5

First impression- everyone said hi. The room is nice. Breakfast starts too late. The elevators are a giant pain, and there's no indication of which to take to get to your room without stairs. Oh, stairs, there's no way into the hotel without stairs.. That would have been good to know when I have 50+Kg of luggage. Oh and there is no front desk or key; you have to use your phone and download 2 apps that don't really work well together to get into your room. Cool idea. Poor implementation. I would call this pointless tech. Ok, so we stayed the night. The light switches are insane- everything on or off, but no individual light control. Want the light by the bed on and nothing else, nope! The main elevators don't run in the early morning. That means we had more stairs to deal with- including the 1m drop outside the door you have to use to exit. The hazards and inconveniences made this a no-go for me. I'm sure this is a really cool place (they spent enough time trying to convince me of that), but it's too much work.

I have never had a better experience than at this hotel! The rooms all unlock with an app rather than a keycard and the elevator does not serve the guest floors without the app. The rooms are in amazing condition with kitchen appliances and separate showers and toilets, the location is perfect, but what I love the most is the service of their staff in the lobby. I have never met sweeter people in my life! So so so nice, attentive, and a perfect example of the friendly and welcoming atmosphere that this establishment provides. Thank you to all the staff here!! You all made me Norwegian vacation very very memorable :)
